The breakfasts were nice hot with orange juice and French toast, for example. The staff were very amiable and took care of me. It was in a perfectly comfortable location extremely close to a mighty bridge.
The staff was kind of rude.

Location just next door to the Mackinac bridge and state park where family was camping and the ferry to the island. Lots of products for a warm breakfast.

Despite these positives, the housekeeping service fell short, leading to an unpleasant experience. After a late checkout, we found our room was not cleaned, and we had to request fresh towels and plumbing assistance. The response from the staff at checkout was disappointing, and the lack of follow-up suggested limited customer service commitment.

Comfortable Stay with Room Amenities
Our family enjoyed the spacious Standard Room with two queen beds. The fridge and microwave. The hot tub in the common area was a nice touch after a long day. Be sure to explore local dining options nearby.
